SHINING FATES ELITE TRAINER BOX INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY (“GIVEAWAY”)

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. THIS GIVEAWAY IS ONLY OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OLD, AND IS VOID IN ALL OTHER JURISDICTIONS AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE, MUNICIPAL OR LOCAL LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: The GIVEAWAY is to individuals thirteen (13) years of age or older on the day before the GIVEAWAY begins. GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. By entering the GIVEAWAY, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official GIVEAWAY Rules. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The GIVEAWAY begins at 12:00:00 A.M. PDT on February 2nd, 2021 and ends at 11:59:00 P.M. PST on February 18th, 2021 (“GIVEAWAY Period”).

FABLE HOBBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR AMEND THESE RULES AT ANY TIME WHICH WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON ANNOUNCEMENT; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THE PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Each entrant in the GIVEAWAY must have a valid Instagram account. Signing up for Instagram is free of charge. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles will be accepted. FABLE HOBBY is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, technical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this GIVEAWAY or for any undelivered, deleted, lost, late, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated or postage-due entries. FABLE HOBBY reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is responsible for or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the GIVEAWAY in the event any malfunction, error, disruption or similar damages impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the GIVEAWAY.

PRIZES: One (1) prize consisting of 1 Shining Fates Elite Trainer Box (approximate retail value of each prize: $49.99). NO CASH WILL BE AWARDED. PRIZES MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH. FABLE HOBBY reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION: Prize winner will be determined on the basis of a random drawing of the correct and eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about February 19th, 2021 and announced on February 19th, 2021. All winner selection procedures shall be conducted by FABLE HOBBY whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the GIVEAWAY.

NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via Instagram. If contact information is incorrect, winner will be automatically disqualified. Winner must respond to said notification by 10am PST on February 22nd, 2021, or the prize will be forfeited. The name of the Prize winners may be obtained after February 19th, 2021, and before February 28th, 2021, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Name of FABLE HOBBY SHINING FATES INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY Winner, FABLE HOBBY ABN REACH XP LLC, 4842 SW SCHOLLS FERRY RD., PORTLAND, OR 97225. Limit one prize per household, per Instagram account or per person per three hundred sixty five (365) day period. Prizes are nontransferable. No prize substitutions allowed.

GENERAL: By participating in this GIVEAWAY, entrants agree to be bound by these Official GIVEAWAY Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this GIVEAWAY, participant consents to FABLE HOBBY’S use of participant’s name and/or likeness for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
